Are you ready to break a sweat? We’re introducing a new kind of group Pilates class – Booty Camp! We’ll incorporate springboard and mat exercises at a faster pace – getting you moving and elevating your heart rate.
Starting next week (April 8) with an eight week series Tuesday and Thursday at 7 pm, join instructor Kelly Meeker for a challenging exploration of what your body can do when you push it just a little bit harder.
Booty Camp is appropriate for any stage of fitness or Pilates experience – we’ll offer modifications and adaptations to make each exercise appropriate for anyone.
