We offer equipment (sometimes also known as apparatus) trio classes that range from strictly Reformer to circuit-style classes where students get an opportunity to work on various different pieces of equipment during a session.
With a maximum of 3 students, these classes are the perfect blend of a group class and a private session. It is our most popular option for a 2x week practice because it allows students to get a dynamic and multi-dimensional workout that gives them tremendous results…quickly!
Pre-requisites for entering a Trio class:
1. Prior Pilates equipment experience. We will often recommend a student who has prior experience to have a one-on-one evaluation with one of our teachers to determine their ability and readiness. This also helps us to make the best suggestion for appropriate level classes.
2. A minimum of 5-10 private sessions depending on the students current conditioning and goals.
Trio Options
- Equipment Trios: A great and affordable way to get your equipment workout in. These classes are designed for 3 people working on all the pieces of Pilates equipment or on one designated piece ie. Reformer Trio or Chair Trio. Classes are designated by level or by focus ie. Advanced Trio For Athletes or Beginner’s Trio.
- Reformer Trios: These classes focus on learning, exploring and practicing exercises designed for the Pilates Method’s most foundational piece of equipment, the Reformer. See how the Reformer becomes both coach and partner in a beautiful and dynamic flow of exercises. To learn more about Reformer Trios CLICK HERE.
- CoreAlign Trios: These trios are totally AWESOME! They function just like our regular equipment trios except students are working on the new and innovative CoreAlign. See the CoreAlign page for more details.
