Welcome to our Self Practice page for practice at home or in the studio. Here is where you will discover how to make your Pilates a lifelong practice.

Joseph believed that everyone should practice his method 30 minutes a day for restoring "spontaneous pleasure and zest" into their life. This is how we help bring Joe’s vision to life.

Home Practice

We are strong believers and advocates of home practice to keep you learning, growing and building strength outside of the studio.

After all, most of your time is spent away from our watchful eyes! You need something to sustain you in between.

How:

  • Worksheets: A tailored home practice worksheet designed by you and your teacher
  • Audio Recordings: COMING SOON! August 1st.
    • Pre-recorded Lessons - We will offer generic 15-20 minute lessons available for single download and purchase. $4.95 each (One free lesson with your first 5 private sessions.)
    • Monthly Audio Subscription - You can sign up to receive 4 downlodable audio lessons per month. $10/month.
    • Customized Audio Lessons - (Available for students who have had a minimum of 20 private, duet or trio sessions.) These lessons will be designed to meet your particular needs and be 30-40 minutes in length. Price TBD

Self Directed In-Studio

You can also you the studio for workouts on your own!! You get the perk of setting your own schedule and the benefit of working on all the pieces of equipment

How:

Once you have begun your Pilates work and are ready to move into self practice you just need to get teacher’s approval. You can do this either by scheduling a session with a teacher or have a conversation with the teachers whose class you've been attending.

  • Memberships: Baseline studio memberships include monthly unlimited access to the studio during set hours. You can choose from 3 levels of membership depending on your needs.See our Rates page for details.
  • Using the studio: Students who are members may access the studio by signing up on our online scheduler. You may also call, but for greater reliability we strongly recommend you sign up during the available times so that our teachers know to expect you.
