Anatomy:
You’ll never have so much fun learning anatomy!

This is a 12 hour functional and experiential anatomy course taught with a focus on Pilates exercises and movement patterns relative to the Pilates Method. We will use bodyrolling techniques, drawing, writing and imagery tools to help you really grasp the information presented. $325
