We invite you to join us every other month on Sunday from Noon to 2 pm for our open and free teacher’s gathering called the Teacher’s Exchange.

Everyone is welcome to come, listen, share, exchange ideas, insights, challenges and more.
The goal of the Teacher’s Exchange is to create an environment where we can come together without the air of competition and learn from one another building community and fostering respect.
Our format is very loose
Sometimes we have a topic, sometimes we just see what comes up. We welcome teachers from other disciplines as well including but not limited to Yoga, Feldenkrais, dance, Nia, Gyrotonic/Gyrokenesis and more.
