What We Offer
From classic to innovative Pilates students can enjoy an eclectic blend of movement modalities in a number of ways whether it is one-on-one, self-directed open studio or in a highly creative and fun Springboard class. We strive to help students attain the goals they set and to provide them with the skills they need to make Pilates an integrated part of their wellness program. We hope it becomes a lifelong practice in mindful movement!
Classes
Classes include Mat, Springboard and Equipment Trio classes and range from Fundamental (pre-Pilates) to Advanced. For in-depth class descriptions see our online scheduler.
$25 10 Day Trial (For new students only): A great way to explore what class is right for you. Try all of our Mat, Springboard, Cardio and Zumba classes for 10 consecutive days. Meet our teachers, establish a routine, begin your Pilates journey.
- Mat: Our Mat classes are all classically based, but lend themselves to additions and variations to better serve our student’s particular needs. Our teachers bring their own individual specialties to enhance the Pilates Mat work depending on the specific focus of the class.
- Springboard: The Pilates Springboard is fantastic and versatile piece equipment evolved from the classic Trapeze Table by Master Teacher Ellie Herman. Springboard classes include adapted classic Mat and Trap Table work to create a balanced, supportive and challenging repertoire working with arm and leg spring resistance. Build a third dimension to your workout!
(Not included in the 10 Day Trial)
- Equipment Trios: A great and affordable way to get your equipment workout in. These classes are designed for 3 people working on all the pieces of Pilates equipment or on one designated piece ie. Reformer Trio or Chair Trio. Classes are designated by level or by focus ie. Advanced Trio For Athletes or Beginner’s Trio.
Private Pilates
Although the private session format came a little later in the evolution of the Method, it can be an indispensable part of your practice.
Private sessions give students an opportunity to have an in-depth and intimate conversation with a teacher and establish the best path to practice. They also allow students to build the foundation they need to safely and successfully begin their Pilates journey.
$40 Introductory Session (for new students only)
Curious about Pilates? Want to see what we offer and what Pilates feels like? This is a great opportunity to meet with a teacher and discover the value of Pilates!
Here’s what you can expect from 1 or more private sessions:
- Current fitness assessment
- Evaluation of long-term and short-term goals
- Postural analysis
- Work to target chronic, acute or aggravated areas in the body
- Build a solid base of repertoire to take into Equipment Trios or any other Pilates format
- Develop a strong in-studio or at-home self practice
- Preparation for Self Directed Studio Membership
Sessions are 55 minutes long and typically include stretch and release work, mat and equipment work specific to the student’s needs. We fit you with a teacher that is appropriate for your needs and schedule.
Specialty Programs
Pilates for Golf
Pilates For Golf is the one golf exercise program that will help you hit the ball consistently farther and straighter, with reduced risk of injury and back pain.
The program helps builds strength and flexibility simultaneously, develops core strength, improves posture and alignment, and creates stability. All the elements needed for a great swing!
Pilates for Golf is a technique for moving in a way that is the most natural, efficient and pain free. You'll learn to drive to the course, walk, tee off and putt in the Pilates technique.
While some of the exercises and stretches may look familiar, it is an understanding of the underlying Pilates techniques that make them so powerful.

- A 12 point biomechanics assessment

Pilates for Athletes
Pilates is a great supplement to the dedicated athlete's training regimen. Besides building core strength Pilates trains the body to move efficiently which leads to greater endurance and helps avoid injury.
What students can expect from the program:
- A challenging core workout
- Aerobic exercises to build endurance
- Creative stretches to release overworked muscles
- Homework tailored to fit your sport's particular requirements

Pre & Postnatal Pilates
Pilates Collective is a place where women can begin or continue their Pilates practice while trying to become pregnant, during their pregnancy, and after the birth of their child(ren). We offer safe, nurturing and effective Pilates practice to help women with the transition to motherhood.
What you can expect from the program:
- We offer mat and equipment classes, trio, duet and private training sessions to women who are pregnant, thinking about becoming pregnant and/or who have just had babies.
- We provide safe, effective workouts that prepare you for the physical and emotional rigors of becoming a mother.
- We help you address post-partum rehabilitation needs (pelvic floor stabilization, diastsis recti repair, etc.).
- We provide a place to build community for new and expectant mothers.
- We work with other healthcare, bodywork, and fitness providers in the community to address your needs.
